The process of receiving a communicated message is listening. Listening is a key element of communication and requires concentration and energy. It has a psychological connection with the speaker. This includes the desire and the willingness to look at the speaker's point of view. At this point, it is necessary that the student suspends the evaluation or evaluation of the message and, for the first time, keeps his eyes open. Nonverbal listening involves full physical attention or consciousness of the speaker's nonverbal message; while oral listening must take into account the words and feelings they express.
