I was scoffing! As I was sitting in the dark theater as I siped the Coca-Cola and sliced my stewed popcorn, I felt the excitement crossing me as I waited for the 20th Century "Drumline" film. I was back in my seat, and in the movie the sounds, the movements and the race were eliminated. I enjoyed a stress-free and fun afternoon when Nick Cannon, Orlando Jones, Leonard Roberts, Zoe Saldana, Jason Weaver, and J. Anthony Brown were shown to a child who was "in his own drum conflicts "with an environment that required it to run at the same pace as its team. Nick Cannon paused for a moment to join the band's "philosophy of a band, a voice". In fact, his character had to be removed from the marching band before he realized that the essence of the "one orchestra, one voice" philosophy was really teamwork.
is the movie! It was a well-felt film that not only entertained, but also taught some good lessons. I went to "Drumline", the philosophy of "a band, a voice". It had an impact on my record in 2005, and I have to deal with it today.
"An orchestra, a sound" is a smart way to show everyone how important and the team work benefits are. It can be applied to any situation where teamwork is indispensable in our lives.
"One band, one voice" recalls that teamwork is a concept of people who work together to achieve the desired goal. (19659002) 1) Vision
2) Communication Skills
3) Listening Abilities
] 5) Support
Vision is needed to move our teams to want to be. or the understanding of the vision of our project will help us move to the equipment and do the necessary tasks to make our dreams come true.
Communication skills enable our teams to easily understand and understand the information. gives you a message to say the team
Listening skills are important because they allow us to show real interest in communication. Whether we know, update, educate, demonstrate, or acknowledge, listening skills are actively linked to our teams that will help us to better connect to the team's vision.
The initiative is the energy that promotes our teams in advance and enables the strengths and skills of individual team members to become obvious throughout the team. Support helps members of the team to help each other in our teams. Focus is needed to simplify the energy and effort of team members towards the ultimate vision of our team, project or company
Reliance helps team members to release inhibition and open communication with each other. This motivation was behind the teams. Collaboration links our teammates to achieve a common goal. When trust and vision are present, collaboration will help the community create positive results for the team.
Respect for challenges and conflicts. This gives us the objective, impartial consideration and consideration of "the rights, values, beliefs and property of our team members". It does not matter whether there are personality conflicts or time challenges, respect for one another, and our team's goal is "a band, a sound".
Susan M. Heathfield, "Teamwork is something you do every day."
I agree. What we need to consider is that not only the above features are needed for effective teamwork and not just daily teamwork; but we must remember to maintain the philosophy of "one orchestra, one voice":
o provide continuous training for our teams to develop systematic methods for emitting energy for a project, task or duty;
team meetings to review the progress of our projects;
o Keeping entertaining events beyond business meetings as a way of promoting positive relationships between team members; and
o The success of our teams in public – for others, knowledge and vision.
It's not easy to work with people who are different from you, especially when there are personality conflicts. As you can see in the "Drumline" movie, the personalities can take part in keeping the members of the team from each other. However, these differences can also serve as the hidden power of effective teamwork.
Just keep in mind, even if personalities may be in conflict and may be different as long as vision, communication skills, hearing ability, initiative, trust, cooperation, and respect are present, team members will be "a band, a voice".
